Sam is the founder and principal designer of Sam Conway Interiors. A mother of three with a lifelong love of design, Sam approaches each project with a thoughtful, intuitive sensibility shaped by years of creative work across fashion, branding, and digital design.
Her career began in New York City as a shoe designer, where she developed an early appreciation for form, material, and detail. She later spent more than a decade as a user experience designer for a Fortune 500 company in Richmond, Virginia, crafting digital experiences rooted in empathy, clarity, and an understanding of how people move through space. Over time, her work naturally shifted from designing products and interfaces to shaping homes.
Today, Sam designs family focused homes that balance beauty with ease and function. She believes a home should feel personal and grounding, a place of comfort, intention, and quiet beauty. Whether guiding clients through small decisions or leading full scale renovations and new builds, Sam brings a calm, considered approach to creating spaces that feel lived in, loved, and entirely their own.
